Jennifer’s story
Born and raised in the charming coastal region of Placentia Bay, Newfoundland, Jennifer carries the spirit of her heritage with her wherever she goes. Her journey began with the salty breezes and rugged landscapes of Newfoundland, a place where community and culture intertwine.
At nearly 40, she made a bold move back to her roots after spending almost two decades in a picturesque region of France. Jennifer lived in both the historic town of Périgueux and the charming commune of Jarnac. Her time abroad wasn’t just an adventure; it was an exploration of new cultures, a broadening of horizons, and a deep dive into the richness of life.
Upon her return to Newfoundland, Jennifer didn’t just bring back memories; she brought back a treasure trove of experiences and a newfound sense of self. Determined to channel her passions into something tangible, she embarked on a journey that led her to the heart of the local business community. Jennifer took the helm at Pur & Simple in Paradise and opened Bibi Bistro Café, infusing both spaces with her vibrant energy and flair for creating inviting environments.
